Motivation/personal interest

    I chose my personal project goal because I have been wanting to learn more about the creation of digital artwork and how to actually work the medium. I have had a lot of experience working with a large variety of physical mediums but have never really taken the opportunity to expand my knowledge by working with digital art. I had made one piece of digital art before my Personal Project for a Visual Arts summative last year. I had then quickly realized how different working digitally was to working on analog pieces of art and how I would have to develop a completely new skillset to reach a quality I was happy with. As I realized how interested I was in the medium, it was a very easy decision to choose to learn it for my Personal Project.
